ApricotStudio provides rapid MVP building services to startups and entrepreneurs aiming to develop and launch their Minimum Viable Products. Our services include discovery, design, development, testing, and support throughout the MVP building process.

Confidentiality
We understand the importance of protecting your confidential information. Any information shared with ApricotStudio during the course of our engagement will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. However, we recommend signing a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to provide additional legal protection if necessary.
Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights of the developed MVP will be transferred to you upon full payment and completion of our services. We retain the right to showcase the MVP as part of our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payment
ApricotStudio operates on a project-based pricing model. The pricing details will be discussed and agreed upon before the project commences. A deposit may be required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the MVP. We accept payments through agreed-upon methods.
Communication
We strive to maintain effective communication throughout the project. The primary mode of communication will be through email at contact@apricotstudio.co. Timely responses from both parties are essential to ensure the project progresses smoothly.
Limitation of Liability
ApricotStudio will make every effort to deliver high-quality MVPs according to your requirements. However, we cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including financial loss or reputational damage, resulting from the use of our services.
Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the project at any time by providing written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be subject to payment as agreed upon.
Users on a monthly subscription or retainer are required to provide 4 weeks notice of termination and will remain liable for any payments falling within that timeframe.
Modifications
ApricotStudio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
